Danielle Eslinger is co-owner of Cake Crafts and our main cake decorating teacher. She started her home baking business in 2009 and specializes in wedding cakes. Danielle studied at Johnson & Wales University, gaining degrees in Baking & Pastry as well as Culinary and Nutrition. When she is not teaching or running between the stores, she loves to drink strong coffee and test out new recipes.
